- ERErin RobinsonApr 14, 20265.0Me and my friend came here today to get a hamster and i asked a member of staff named ellie if we could have a look and she was incredibly rude to us both. i asked if we could see a hamster and she was very dismissive when speaking to me and kept trying to walk away. but another member of staff called Bug came over to help and they were very accommodating and helpful. They explained everything we needed thoroughly and made sure we had all the right equipment and cage for the hamster. They also asked if we could update them on how the hamster is doing which i found very nice.
